Thankfully, I have extensive experience supporting not only traditional charities serving in the areas of health, affordable housing, and adoption but also private schools and colleges. I also work with private foundations. I can assist you with the formation and operation of a tax-exempt organization, including filings for federal tax exemption with the IRS. I will also assist you and your organization in matters regarding state charitable registrations, annual compliance matters as well as day to day operational needs.
